How do I choose what nonprofit receives the 2 backpacks given on my behalf?
When selecting a product to purchase, you will be able to choose which nonprofit to designate as the recipient of your two donated backpacks.
How does B-WAP choose which nonprofits to feature as recipients?
We started off giving in our local community (the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma) and slowly branched out as more nonprofits showed interest. Is there a nonprofit you are passionate about that needs backpacks? Feel free to send them our information and have them email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Does B-WAP have a warranty on their backpacks?
You bet we do! B-WAP is just as proud of its products as it is of its mission to give back. B-WAP backpacks have a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, in material and workmanship, for the life of the product. Can you believe that?! If defects of this kind are found, the original owner is eligible to return the backpack for a free replacement of the same backpack or an equivalent style, at the discretion of B-WAP.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, cosmetic damages, incidental damages, or content damages. For any warranty inquiries and possible replacements, please email email@example.com. Include your name, explanation of warranty issue, and address. B-WAP will then respond with further shipping information for your replacement return.
Please note we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
How much is shipping? Where do you ship?
Shipping cost depends on where you are having your B-WAP order shipped to and which mailing preference you choose. During the checkout process, your shipping cost will be automatically calculated for you before you submit your order. We currently ship within the contiguous US.
